How to test on two phones

  1. Device A: open HelpMe, go to 'Paired receiver devices' and generate a pairing code.
  2. Device B: open HelpMe, go to 'Receiver' and enter the code to join as receiver.
  3. Device A shows '1 paired receiver'.
  4. Device B shows 'This device is linked as receiver'.
  5. Device A presses Medical Alert — Device B must display the alert and play the alarm.
  6. Keep both apps open. Background alarm sound may depend on phone settings.

For guaranteed background alarm sound, package HelpMe as a native Android app with push notifications and alarm permissions.
